Noelle K. Harling, VP of Operations for Frasco® Profiles, Named to Board of Directors of NAPBS

Harling, Vice President of Operations, was named to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).  Noelle Harling’s nomination by the NAPBS Board of Directors was ratified by the organization’s membership at the 2008 Annual NAPBS Conference at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel (New Orleans, LA).

As Vice President of Operations of Frasco® Profiles, Noelle Harling is one of the employment background screening industry’s leading experts.  Harling is passionate about providing employers with accurate, timely, and legally compliant information through innovative research techniques and leading edge technology.  Under her leadership, Frasco® Profiles has experienced aggressive growth, consistent profitability, and exceptional client satisfaction and retention.

In 2007, Noelle Harling was the first recipient of the NAPBS Distinguished Service Award and is a former three-term chair of the NAPBS Ethics and Accreditation Committee.
