In 2007, Noelle Harling was the first recipient of the NAPBS Distinguished Service Award and is a former three-term chair of the NAPBS Ethics and Accreditation Committee.
NAPBS is an all-volunteer organization founded in 2003 as a non-profit trade association. NAPBS serves to represent the interest of companies offering employment background screening services. NAPBS gives the employment background screening industry the ability to effectively demonstrate its competence, reliability and willingness to adopt standards.
