Major Industries, Inc. has reached an agreement with Oldcastle Glass® to purchase its translucent wall and skylight business. The sale, expected to close in late July, allows Oldcastle Glass® to focus on their custom-engineered glass curtainwall, storefront, window and skylight business.

The translucent systems acquired from Oldcastle Glass® will be manufactured along-side Major Industries’ current line of products, including Guardian 275® translucent panel skylights and curtainwall and Auburn® glass, polycarbonate and acrylic skylights.
