Web Video Marketing Council Creates Industry Referral Program for Web Video Marketers

PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 09, 2008 – HOPKINTON, MA  – The Web Video Marketing Council (WVMC) announced a free referral service for businesses and organizations that need help developing cost effective web video marketing content, web projects and campaigns. Using the service, anyone can request a confidential referral to experienced video professionals and related service providers that have been screened by the WVMC.

The referral service can be accessed from the WVMC website at http://www.webvideomarketing.org.  All referral requests and information provided to the Council is kept confidential.

“The referral service, called WVM Referrals was developed by the Council because few interactive or direct marketing agencies are equipped to provide cost effective web video marketing services to clients” according to Wayne Wall, a director and co-founder of the WVMC.  “Most marketing and advertising agencies end up outsourcing client web video marketing production and projects to third party providers, then mark up the price 3-4 times over costs.
