The United States Staffing Association, a National Association in Kennesaw, GA, whose membership consists of independent staffing firms that are privately held, are entrepreneurial and operate in diverse staffing markets, announces a revolutionary new accreditation for staffing agencies, the Agency Accreditation Credential, the AAC.
This new accreditation is to assist the business community in identifying those independent and diverse firms that meet and maintain certain critical best business practices in offering staffing services. Business clients utilizing temporary, direct hire, temp-to-hire, contract, retained search, and recruiting services can be confident that these credentialed agencies adhere to five vital components of staffing operations, process, quality control, continuing education, experience, and certifications and association membership.
