Hartford, CT – May 17, 2005 - Visual Technologies, a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner, today announced the launch of a flexible periodic payment processing system called CoDI Enterprise Payment System™ (CEPS) for life insurance policies, fixed annuities, variable annuities, structured settlements, 401(k) plans, IRAs, TSAs, pensions and supplemental contracts. CEPS is based on the CoDI Enterprise Suite™ (CoDI) a robust suite of tools used in software development, web implementation, and system integration. Both CoDI and CEPS are developed with leading edge Microsoft technologies and run on Microsoft Windows platforms.
“Financial services companies are realizing the first wave of baby boomers is beginning to reach retirement age. We continue to work with industry leaders on unique retirement planning software and are now also responding to the growing demand for payment administration solutions,” explained Rick Huebner, CEO, Visual Technologies. “Flexibility, ease of use, and our Wrap-Not-Scrap implementation philosophy are the hallmarks of our systems approach.”
CEPS uses key components of CoDI, like its CRM functionality. However, like CoDI, CEPS can be implemented to leverage systems and functionality that already exists in an enterprise. This Wrap-Not-Scrap approach reduces implementation effort and delivers a strategy to evolve systems infrastructure to an enterprise services model.
