According to The FBI’s National Crime Information Center’s (NCIC) Missing Person File as of December 31, 2007, there were 105,229 active missing person records in NCIC. Children under the age of 18 accounted for 54,648 (51.93%) of the records, and 12,362 (11.75%) were for young adults between the ages of 18 and 20.

A child goes missing every 40 seconds in the United States, more than 2,000 children are missing every day. If a child is kidnapped, rarely can they explain what happened and where they were. Furthermore, among the tens of thousands of emergency calls recorded daily by phone, few are able to indicate the location of the victim, resulting in delayed recovery, losing precious time that could mean a life saved.

Similarly, it can guarantee the protection of vehicles, boats, and other objects by means of an automatic alarm signal. Once the object is moved from the defined area or stolen, the software notifies the owner.
