PRLog (Press Release)Jul 08, 2008 – Reliable Sites, LLC, the St. Paul-based web services company, has added Perry Govier to the design and programming department.  Govier, currently a student at UW-Stout, brings a background in digital imaging and videography to the design and programming team.
