Ronald J. Wilson has been named an honored member in insurance by Princeton Premier

Wilson is the president of RJ Wilson & Associates and chairman and chief executive officer of the Canton Agency, providers of the broadest, most comprehensive liability coverage for the railroad industry today.  Since 1978, RJ Wilson & Associates and the Canton Agency have benefitted from Ronald’s expert guidance and have secured a majority share of the nation’s liability and property insurance within the rail transportation market.  Canton Agency and their sister company, the Canton Railroad, emerged from the Canton Company of Baltimore, chartered over 150 years ago to trade goods with Canton, China.  As the exclusive managing underwriter for railroad liability in the United States with underwriters at Lloyd’s of London, Canton works closely with the world insurance and reinsurance market. As the president and CEO, Ronald is responsible for overseeing all of these operations as well as supervising the budget, coordinating marketing projects, staffing and administrative tasks. Ronald also acts in a consultancy capacity for industry associations such as the NAPSLO, IBA, IAA and SFSP.  He holds an honorary doctorate from the University of Indiana and has received numerous awards for his performance.  In his spare time, he enjoys being with his seven grandchildren, boating, playing golf and travel.
