Javier Iglesias has been named an honored member in human resources by Princeton Premier.

Javier Iglesias, director of human resources global operational excellence for Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies has been chosen for inclusion in the 2008-2009 Princeton Premier Registry.

Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies, a global firm that provides cold chain products, services and solutions to their customers, that optimize shelf life and salability of products while minimizing their cost of operations and enhance the quality and protect food and perishables. He started his career in Ingersoll Rand Climate Control technologies as corporate director of manufacturing operations in Mexico and later on as director of human resources for Mexico and Central America. Currently, as director of human resources global operational excellence, based in St Louis, MO., Javier is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s human resources business excellence and Lean Six Sigma strategies, HR planning process and metrics, HR project valuation, project management and process standardization. He also assures HR compliance with enterprise policy, local governments and best practice as well as guaranteeing staff performance and client satisfaction. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge and responsibility of HR information systems and applications. This practical competence and wide-ranging experience allows Javier to perform with both ease and efficiency and has been a primary element of the success that Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies has experienced with the human resources division. Javier practices this dedication in all his undertakings and his personal pursuits are no exception. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Monterrey, Mexico and is pursuing a master’s degree in industrial engineering operations research from the same institute.  He also holds a certificate in advanced upper management from the Institute of Technology. He is active in the community and is on the board of directors of the United Way in Mexico, is a licensed pilot and accomplished drummer. In his spare time, Javier enjoys reading, outdoors sports and being with family.
