Hidden Shoal Recordings is excited to announced that it is to re-release the first Sankt Otten album, Eine Kleine Traurigkeit. The album was originally released in 2000 by German label Eleganz to critical acclaim from the German music press. This will be the first time the album will have been released outside of Germany. The 2008 re-release will include a bonus track not included on the original album in the form of Stille Tage Im Klischee, taken off the 1999 EP of the same name. Eine Kleine Traurigkeit will be released on the 23rd of September 2008 with the first single from the album, 'Fernfahrer', being released on the 19th of August.
Speaking of Sankt Otten don't forget that the bands last two albums released through Hidden Shoal Recordings are now available on CD, distributed through Tonevendor. If your local record store doesn't stock the discs then you can either tell them to order the albums through Tonevendor or buy them direct from the Tonevendor website. Wunden Gibt Es Immer Wieder is also available on CD or in digital format from the HSR Store. The album is currently one of Tonevendors top ten best selling albums.
