Delhi, Located in Noida, India, adjacent to the city of New Delhi, the International Home Deco Park (IHDP), India's first 'business to business' market place for home fashion, recently completed its first year of operation. Launched in July 2007, IHDP is a one stop marketing solution for manufacturers and a sourcing solution for buyers. IHDP brings together several of the country's best manufacturers in home fashion products – a complete range of home textiles, floor coverings, metalware, handicrafts and gifts; decorating a lavish 3,50,000 square feet in 5 acres of beautifully landscaped space.

Within few months of its launch, hundreds of buyer visits from dozens of countries confirm that there is a market-based utility of a concept like IHDP. Several well-known buying offices and international buyers, such as, Target, Home Depot and JC Penney have visited IHDP, and organized their sourcing displays regularly. International diplomats from various Embassies and High Commissions have also recently visited IHDP to explore potential collaborations. IHDP's multifaceted promotional strategy targets both the international and the domestic buyers and covers a wide range of leading trade publications.
Convenience – redefining business buying
For the convenience of suppliers as well as buyers of Home Décor products, IHDP offers a comprehensive set of in-house services and facilities, including a professional photography studio – ‘Tequila Shots’, a hospitality & travel desk and a multi-cuisine fine dining restaurant called 'The People Tree'. Buyers are also offered complimentary pick and drop service within the New Delhi region. Essentially, IHDP is geared towards providing an integrated service to its clients and their customers in a very relaxed and refreshing environment, which acts as a catalyst for doing business.
