Compiled from extensive primarily research and official company records, the report offers an insight into the world's top pharmaceutical companies and their performance in 2006 in terms of revenue, pharmaceutical sales, profitability, research and development expenditure, capital expenditure and growth within these areas.
The 250-page report incorporates data on the major Western and Asian pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies for the 2006 financial year. All figures have been converted from domestic currencies into US dollars and ranked in descending order to ease comparisons.
