Robert Beasley executive vice president of dealer training and marketing programs announced today that Internet dealership Systems, Inc. will be naming The Mario Andretti Racing School as the official Racing School for their Teamwork Building Seminar series that will be offered nationwide the next 30 months.
“The Mario Andretti Racing School is the ultimate fit for our nationwide seminar program” Beasley continued “ We are hosting 30-40 Internet managers per seminar class and our goal is not only to assist them in getting up to speed with the latest information that will aid their dealerships in successfully delivering more cars to customers, but also how to create more of a team environment in their work place on a daily basis”.
The Mario Andretti Racing school worked with Internet Dealership Systems, Inc. in 2005 to Bata test and create a niche work place program that takes the seminar class to the next level of excellence. While at the Mario Andretti Racing school the seminar class will share two memorable experiences. The first part of this exercise is to go through a brief orientation about the Indy car and the necessary points they need to no about riding in the rear seat at speeds approaching 150 MPH around the race track. The second phase is the pit stop challenge where the group is divided into six and they work as a team to simulate a practice pit stop. Both events are done as a team concept.
