Sheinall, who returned to Prudential Gary Greene after spending over six years as a manager for Coldwell Banker, said it is important for real estate agents to use all the tools they have at their disposal to do the best job for their customers, both buyers and sellers.

Sheinall said using the Internet is one of the most important ways agents can ensure maximum exposure for their listings.

“The Internet is where buyers are starting their search,” she said. “We need to embrace that technology and be cutting-edge in selling homes.” She said taking full advantage of newspapers, flyers and other marketing tools are also key aspects of a good marketing campaign.

“Organizational and time-management skills are integral to a successful real estate transaction,” said Sheinall. “I work with the agents on improving their efficiency. It’s important that they are able to multi-task for their clients, getting information to them as quickly as possible. Many times there are opportunities for properties that are good deals that will not stay on the market very long. When agents have good organizational skills, they are better prepared to work these deals for their clients.”
