DuBois Wicklund Group is assisting in the leasing of two large developments in Bend Oregon. Pioneer Crossing located in South Bend Oregon, where Jakes old truck stop was, is currently leasing spaces available to the right fit for this center. We currently have Gottschalk’s regional department store, Community First Bank, Supercuts, Bostons Gourmet pizza, and others.
Brookswood Meadow Plaza is a convenience center located off of Brookswood meadow drive and Amber meadow drive in South West Bend Oregon. Here we intend to have a grocery story, preschool, cleaners, insurance, coffee shop, and more. Both of these centers are due to be completed by Fall 2008.
We are in the need for the right businesses to go into these centers. Our goal is not to just fill the spaces but to make sure that the use is right for the center. We are looking for the best of the best in our centers to give Bend Oregon every possible opportunity offered to them.
