Bluenog Joins Oracle PartnerNetwork

The largest BEA solutions provider in the Northeast will resell Oracle software and deliver associated services and solutions.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)Jul 01, 2008 – PISCATAWAY, NJ  -- Bluenog, an application infrastructure software company, today announced that it has become a Certified Advantage Partner in the Oracle® PartnerNetwork.  Under the program, Bluenog will resell Oracle software, including Oracle Database and Oracle Fusion middleware, and will provide associated services and integrated solutions.  Bluenog’s core competencies include enterprise portal, enterprise content management, and business intelligence solutions.  More information about the company is available at www.bluenog.com.

Bluenog assists its customers by blending open source and commercial technologies.  As the largest BEA reseller and solutions provider in the Northeast region of the United States, Bluenog will complement Oracle’s next-generation plan to blend BEA with Oracle into best-of-class enterprise middleware.  (Oracle announced the acquisition of BEA on January 16, 2008).

“Many of our customers are seeking to manage IT environments that combine BEA and Oracle software,” said Sastry Taruvai, CIO, Bluenog.  “By becoming a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork we build on our J2EE expertise, add to our BEA and Oracle technical certifications, and are better able to help our customers manage their commercial and open source infrastructure.”

“We are very happy to welcome Bluenog to the Oracle PartnerNetwork,” said Dale Weideling Vice President of North American Commercial Technology Channels, Oracle.  “They have an outstanding reputation in the marketplace and will add significant value to both BEA and Oracle customers who want to take advantage of best-of-breed middleware.”

“Bluenog has developed a solutions methodology called Project Blueprint,” said Taruvai.  “It enables us to lead a customer’s entire project from architecture and design, all the way through development, to testing, staging and ongoing support.  Or, we can complement a customer’s existing project team at any stage of the development lifecycle.  We are also a high-touch organization, offering educational seminars to our customer community on both commercial and open source technologies and opportunities for integrated architecture and middleware.”
