Some changes have been made under the hood, while tweaks to the user-interface have
also been implemented. However, users familiar with Bubble Reader don’t have to worry about re-learning the software, the scanning process remains virtually the same (just easier).
The version update includes improvements to the review screen. Prior to this version, users had to switch screens back and forth to review scanned tests. In Bubble Reader 3.0 the results are displayed in a group of windows, making it easier for users to quickly review scanned tests for errors.
There are also changes under the hood that drastically improve performance and reduce the time needed to upload and review documents.
“The processing time required to upload and score results has been drastically reduced,” said Drew Lynch, Vice President of Product Development. “Uploads are at least ten times faster than they were in earlier versions.”
Version 3.0 incorporates the latest version of Remark Office OMR technology including updates that make OMR recognition software more accurate.
Support for up to ten custom scan sheets is also included in this release.
