Bristlecone Learning believes in practicing what they preach and getting close to the customer is one practice that will be made easier with a new office in the Denver, CO area and a new space in Raleigh, NC. The new office in CO is 25 minutes from downtown and will be the new headquarters for the Colorado based firm. The new space, in downtown Raleigh is in a beautiful historic house with outside gardens and a comfy home-like feel for meetings. “Having a place with short commutes to customers and small private meetings spaces means we can be more responsive”, says Betsey Upchurch, the firm’s Managing Partner. Betsey will oversee both the NC office and the new Denver headquarters, splitting her time between them. Senior Partner, Jim Morris will continue to lead the busy Oregon office.
“Several of our current clients have both NC and Denver area operations. Being able to work with several locations on a more consistent basis means more continuity between locations and helps us help them keep the bigger picture in mind”, says Morris. In addition, this move will decrease the number of flights necessary to do the work, decreasing both costs and the carbon footprint of the firm.
