Langtry’s Restauranat at The Cadogan Hotel, Knightsbridge, has appointed Oliver Lesnik as Head Chef. At Langtry’s, Oliver is responsible for a kitchen brigade of 12 staff and his menu offers many modern British dishes benefiting from his wealth of experience and expert eye. Oliver worked at the Connaught Hotel for seven years and six of these years were under Dr Michael Bourdin, with the latter year as Chef de Partie during the opening of MENU at the Connaught under Angela Hartnett.
Following the Connaught Hotel, he became a Junior Sous Chef at Auberge du Lac under Jean-Christophe Novelli, before joining White’s as a Senior Sous. Oliver has also gained experience in other top London restaurants, such as Petrus, Gordon Ramsay at Hospital Road, and Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s. Oliver’s father, Mario Lesnik, was the renowned Maitre Chef de Cuisine at Claridge’s for eleven years, before later becoming the Executive Chef at Harrods.
