Simplyzigzag Limited, the new online property group announces the launch of its website today, Simplyzigzag.com (www.simplyzigzag.com)
The concept is shaped from the knowledge that homeowners are keen to remain in control of their home during the buying or selling process. Simplyzigzag.com capitalizes on this ideal by putting homeowners in control by allowing them to upload their property through its integrated platform, enabling a first class online customer experience and giving homeowners the role of property marketer.

It is the result of more than several months of intense research and our products target the two main market players: the seller and the buyer. Unlike other real estate websites, which take sales listing from real estate agents, Simplyzigzag.com requires an initial fee registration of £50 for the basic Bronze package. This allows homeowners to upload their own images, property descriptions and map to the site. Upgrades are then made available - £500 (Silver) and £1500 (Gold)* – providing additional features from online marketing to a fully managed sale of the property.
Furthermore, homeowners can buy add-on packages including HIP completion; featured property slot on the homepage; dedicated email shots to database and an advert in Simplyzigzag.com’
Raya Mamarbachi, Director, adds:
“Our goal was to develop a website that challenges homeowners’ perception and attitude towards a web based, direct sales property platform. We have done this by offering both sets of audiences’ unique services and features. Simplyzigzag.com was founded by Achim Amann and Raya Mamarbachi, both recent MBA graduates from Henley Management College. Achim is in charge of new business development and all client relationship management activities, having previously worked at Le Roc (French golfing property company); whilst Raya is in charge of the online marketing, strategy and the ongoing development of the website, having worked for executivesontheweb.com and goldjobs.com (online recruitment companies) since 2003.
The Company raised its initial capital from private investors in the first quarter of this year and will be looking to raise up to another £500,000 in a second round of funding, starting in September 2008.

1. £50 – Our basic Bronze package for those wanting to increase exposure of their property. A pure advert listing, whereby you upload your property manually and it includes up to 5 images, property description, and an area map. This will be seen by SZZ viewers only. After that, you can add all sorts of upgrades.

3. £500 – Our Silver Package, where we promote your home whether in the UK or abroad by reaching millions of potential buyers not only through SZZ website but through our extensive portal network: Rightmove, Propertyfinder and TheMoveChannel. Your home will also be showcased on portals and search engines guaranteeing you even further exposure. SZZ acts as your remote estate agent, we handle all enquiries and arrange viewings with you.
4. £1,500 – Our Gold package, we act as a web based remote estate agent and manage the entire selling process for you from handling enquiries, to arranging viewings, negotiating offers and completion. This offer also includes weekly sales updates on progression, liaising with solicitors and support through completion. This service is only available in London.
