Haycock Petroleum Company (HPC) announced today the acquisition of the assets associated with the lubricant and commercial fuel distribution of Sierra Energy in Reno, Nevada.
Haycock Petroleum was formed in 1962 in Las Vegas, Nevada. HPC merged with Jardine Petroleum in 2001 and has become one of the preeminent petroleum marketers in the western United States, providing a comprehensive commercial fuel, propane and lubricant product offering to commercial and industrial customers as well as branded gasoline. The asset purchase from Sierra Energy gives HPC a base of operations in the Reno / Sparks area and adds to its existing broad customer base in the State of Nevada. HPC also has operations in Las Vegas, Carlin and Caliente, Nevada. HPC also operates in the states of Arizona, California, Idaho and Utah.
