About the bands:

In Stone Pony (North londons hardest working covers band),  every member sings so expect a variety of voices and sizes!! They will be supported by Slashed Seat Affair an exciting new pop band who have received national radio airplay, featured on MTV unsigned video in Japan, Canada, US & Europe. Look out for their recently released debut album Noises.

Also playing on the day will be Brian Nash (ex Frankie Goes to Hollywood's Nasher) who creates a unique style of rugged pop. his songs are instantly likeable and catchy, with an inspirational lyrical content. You'll love him. This is north london music at it's very best, not an afternoon to be missed.

Bear Cat Crawlers traditional New Orleans Jazz band were formed by local club member, musician and music teacher Robbie Martin. His group of fellow musicians work as a collective with various members coming together to perform when required. Their professionalism and years of experience enable them to pick up and play with practically anyone, anywhere, anytime.

The Hauting A.D. The band has played throughout the UK their original music can be described as extraordinary, atmospheric, communing with spirits and generally dealing lyrically with the sharp end of life but they will also be interspersing a selection of cover songs into the mix for the afternoon.

The Blue Cats line up includes the dynamic and emotive Roxi with powerful stratospheric vocals, exquisitely brilliant ex U-Boat bass player Philip Plant (also played on Man Who Fell To Earth film soundtrack and with Red Buddha Theatre), Rick Moxon on rhythm guitar and newcomers Jim Gardner (Blulix, the Donkeys, the Sabbath Tribute Band) on drums and lead guitarist Steve Burrows.

RoXi & the Blue Cats will be supported by popular local acoustic folk/contemporary singer/songwriter and guitar teacher Jim Dawson and his musical partner Lou on percussion who regularly provide entertainment to audiences at Folk Festivals, venues and for 'Music in Hospitals' and HM Prisons throughout the UK.
