POWER PLANT LIVE! 4th Of July Weekend Festivities along with the full calendar of FREE Friday Night Free Concerts outside all summer long
BALTIMORE, MD (July 2008)- The 4th of July weekend will be kicked off early this year at Power Plant Live! as they are holding three nights of free live music and DJ’s starting on Thursday, July 3rd as part of the Pontiac Garage at Power Plant Live! Free Concert Series. This year’s calendar includes free concerts that will include national bands such as Finger Eleven, The Donnas, Carbon Leaf and others. Concerts will occur each and every Friday night through Oct 10th.
This holiday weekend, Power Plant Live! will host two nights of FREE concerts on the plaza starting on Thursday, July 24th with the The Amish Outlaws presented by Pontiac, Jose Cuervo and Heineken. The Amish Outlaws were recently featured in Blender Magazine’s Weird Band alert and have performed across the country including New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas.
Friday night local favorites, Starcrush, will rock the plaza with their high energy show. Both performances begin at 8:00pm and are free for ages 21+.
Saturday night, entertainment will continue DJ Girdy spinning live on the main stage starting at 8:30pm.
