Fraport AG Chooses dynaTrace Diagnostics

June 25, 2008 - PRLog -- The Frankfurt Airport is one of the world’s busiest with 1,350 flights a day to the top 10 airports worldwide in 2007. To ensure timely and efficient clearance of these flights, Fraport AG supports clearance of individual flights with a proprietary software process: ICCO (Integration of Contract and Calculation data to Operations). Fraport AG chose dynaTrace to monitor and diagnose performance bottlenecks in ICCO. With dynaTrace Diagnostics Fraport can analyze ICCO’s performance both in real time and with offline analysis. In real-time, all diagnostic data – including complete PurePaths – can be analyzed as the application executes the transaction. Problems can be interactively diagnosed down to the line of code without any delay. Offline diagnosis enables easy reconstruction in a local development environment of performance problems that occurred in a staging or production environment without the high cost to reproduce it. Developers can use exactly the same interactive diagnostics tools as with real-time diagnostics.
