The First Ever Great Segway Giveaway

Jay Burnham, a sales associate in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Beverly, and MaryBeth Alosa of Segway of Northern New England, present David and Sheila Eddison with a Segway as part of the Great Segway Giveaway promotion.

WHAT:   
Burnham launched the Great Segway Giveaway program to benefit qualifying home sellers who list their properties with him. Each home seller, who meets specific requirements, will receive a brand new Segway, purchased by Burnham, at the home closing. The Eddisons are the first to receive a Segway as part of this special promotion at an event that features test driving the Segway Personal Transporter.

Faced with increasing fuel prices, Burnham felt that his home sellers needed some relief and an alternative to driving.  A dedicated and enthusiastic owner of a Segway himself (he commutes with his), Burnham wanted to provide an eco-friendly, and responsible program that would benefit the environment and his home sellers, while marketing himself in a unique way.  Presently, Burnham has several home sellers who are qualified and eager to achieve Segway ownership through this distinctive program.
