Innovative publishing house Angels Media is launching a weekly on-line newsletter for the property industry.
Called estateagenttoday.co.uk, it will be emailed weekly on Thursdays to 16,000 estate agents, letting and managing agents, and will also be accessible online. The first edition will appear on July 3, 2008.
Containing independent news, bespoke features, business advice, market analysis and comment, the newly appointed editorial director is Rosalind Renshaw.
Renshaw was formerly the long-standing editor of the print trade journal, The Negotiator, and is well known throughout the estate agency industry.
Renshaw said: “estateagenttoday.co.uk is an exciting new challenge. Online media in this particular sector is definitely the way forward: it’s far more immediate, which is important when the housing market is so volatile and news changes so rapidly. Agents are also increasingly using the internet for their own marketing, customer relations management and communications, and e-publishing is a medium they understand and will be very comfortable with.”

He added that Angels Media is also to launch other on-line publications aimed at other industry sectors. As with estateagenttoday.co.uk, all will be free to subscribers.
