John brings with him over 19 years of experience consulting property owners and management companies to maximize NOI in the multi-family industry and seven years dedicated to energy management and utility submetering. He has consistently demonstrated effective leadership for the multi-family billing and utility management industry. John is knowledgeable in all areas of utility billing, management and equipment, with a special focus on consulting clients on how to attain the highest returns possible.
