Registration has begun for Tease Workout’s summer/fall session which runs August 17 through October 11. Tease Workout’s Signature Pilates & Pole Dancing classes are held in eight-week sessions; each session includes eight classes (one class per week on a designated time and day). Each Signature Workout runs 90 minutes. There are seven levels through which students can advance. All students, regardless of previous experience or training, begin at level one. To move to the next level, the previous levels must first be successfully completed.

In addition, Tease Workout offers “Pole Power,” an all pole, no Pilates workout; “Pilates Mat Class,” an all Pilates, no pole workout; one-on-one private lessons (60 or 90 minutes); two-person, 90 minute semi-private lessons; and double sessions, in which students sign up for more than one class per week at a discounted rate.
