Elocin Nire Marketing, INC announced today that Edmond J. Scott has joined the firm’s Real Estate marketing group as a partner in its International office. Scott was formerly a partner and chair of the real estate capital management group at Sotheby’s in England.
Scott’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, with a particular emphasis on real estate capital markets transactions. He has extensive experience with the acquisition, management and disposition of real estate assets in all major markets, domestically as well as overseas. He represents real estate advisors, operating companies, marketing plans and other tax exempt investors, financial institutions and real estate investment trusts in a wide spectrum of matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions, financings and regulatory compliance involving real estate investment trusts.
