Pet Ecology Brands, Inc. (PECD) announced that it had begun the process that is intended to allow the Company to become a reporting company in full compliance with the Securities Act of 1934.
The company and its auditors (Malone & Bailey PC, of Houston, Texas) have finished the 2005, 2006 audits and is more than 90% complete with the 2007 audit. The Company intends to secure a listing on the OTC electronic bulletin board when all audits are complete and filed with the SEC.
