Ralph F. Barone is the owner of New Jersey REO Asset Management & Realty Inc., the largest brokerage company in the state, focused on bank-owned foreclosure properties, also known as real estate-owned or REO homes. Ralph also assumes the role of broker and in addition to his impressive record of sales is a leading authority on foreclosure, market speculations, home financing solutions and housing regulations. Ralph is serving his fourth term on the board of the NRBA and was one of the first board members from the Northeast and the first associate member to be elected as an officer to sit on the executive committee of REOMAC®. He is a licensed realtor in New Jersey and has worked exclusively in the REO arena since 1992. Prior to opening NJ REO, Ralph was one of the top ERA agents in the Northeast. He credits his success to his hard work and determination, qualities that have served him well in all aspects of his life. In addition to an impressive roster of professional accomplishments, Ralph maintains an active schedule of equally notable personal pursuits. He contributes time and resources to several community programs and supports charities that benefit individuals who have been diagnosed with serious or terminal medical conditions, such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In his spare time, Ralph enjoys reading, travel and being with family.
