iProperty.com.sg and sgCarMart.com Announce Strategic Partnership

PR Log (Press Release) – Jun 19, 2008 – Two of Singapore’s No. 1 online players for real estate and cars respectively, iProperty.com Singapore (www.iproperty.com.sg) and sgCarMart.com (www.sgcarmart.com), today announced that they have forged a strategic partnership to power each other’s online presence by increasing the volume of targeted traffic to each website.

This partnership, which will be effective immediately, will see sgCarMart.com’s advertising banners placed on iProperty.com Singapore’s homepage as well as property listing pages. In exchange, iProperty.com Singapore will also display their advertising banners on sgCarMart.com’s homepage and used cars information page.

Both iProperty.com and sgCarMart.com are clear leaders in the property and car online classifieds arenas respectively, and are known for their credibility and trustworthiness. Last October, iProperty.com Singapore entered into a formal alliance with the Singapore Institute of Estate Agents (IEA) to help regulate and develop the Institute’s consumer property portal; while sgCarMart.com’s website bears the TrustSg seal, the mark from the National Trust Council of Singapore which recognises merchants that are trustworthy e-commerce operators which promote good e-business practices. The two websites also share very similar user demographic profiles - attracting mainly highly-educated, mid-high net worth individuals who are internet savvy.
