ENGINEERING.com Launches Engineering Blogs

PRLog (Press Release) – Jun 19, 2008 – Toronto, ON - ENGINEERING.com today announced the launch of its member blogs. The blog feature allows registered members to start a blog on any engineering subject in order to share their knowledge and opinions with other engineers and gather feedback. While the idea of blogging is not new to the Internet, this is the first open community of engineering bloggers.

"The goal of the open blog community is to allow members to share their ideas with other engineers," said John Hayes, President of ENGINEERING.com. "We've made it as easy as possible for anyone with a passion for engineering to get started. They just have to log in and go to the blogs page."

Burt Jordaan, an aerospace engineer from Pretoria, South Africa, said, "I started my Relativity 4 Engineers Blog to stimulate discussions on the theory of relativity amongst interested engineers. ENGINEERING.com's Blog-space is an ideal forum for this."
