Costa is currently the owner and director of sales and marketing of Marketing Mechanics, one of Sydney, Australia's most established and accomplished full service marketing and advertising agencies.  Diane has been in this capacity for the past nine years and is primarily responsible for supervising the operations of the company and key account management .  She engages in strategic development tasks, evaluates marketing plans and assesses artwork.  Diane is a specialist in sales and consumer trade marketing and has worked with brand names such as Cadbury Ice Cream, Yoplait Yogurt and Tip Top Flour for which she has created television campaigns, packaging and logo designs.  Diane is an associate member of the Australian Marketing Institute.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading B&T Weekly, ten pin bowling and is an accomplished musician who plays guitar and keyboard.
