Croneal Consulting Group Allows Free Posting of Lobbying Events on Portal

PRLog (Press Release) – Jun 20, 2008 – State ethics commissions and other persons with important news to share with lobbyists have an additional resource to use to notify lobbyists about events.

Croneal Consulting Group is allowing lobbying enforcement entities and other visitors to post on its Web portal, LobbyistResources.com, ethics training seminars and commission meetings on regulations that impact lobbyists. Event information can be posted for free, and there is no charge for persons accessing the Daybook containing the events.

Visitors may submit events using the "Post an Event" link incorporated on the portal or the "Post an Event Form" available at http://www.cronealconsultinggroup.com/postevent.html. The "Post an Event Form" allows visitors to enter such information as the event's sponsor, the event's name, location, date, time, cost, contact phone and e-mail address, Web site address, and an event description which is limited to a 75-word limit.

"We thought our portal would be an ideal vehicle for lobbyists seeking multi-jurisdictional event information from a centralized location," said Alexis Scott, product development manager for Croneal Consulting Group. "Instead of surfing multiple sites for event information, lobbyists who lobby in more than one jurisdiction can surf one site and get everything they need."

Scott advises persons submitting lobbying events to ensure that their submissions are relevant and as complete as possible. Otherwise, the listing may be omitted.
