Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest Organizers Interviewed by DJ JahSonic on Pacifica Radio Station WPFW 89.3

June 18, 2008 - PRLog -- DJ Jahsonic,  host of the radio show "Decipher" on Pacifica radio station WPFW 89.3
will interview Liberated Muse Productions (LMP) founders Maceo Thomas and Khadijah Ali-Coleman to discuss the Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest. The show will air on Thursday, June19, 2008 at 10pm.

LMP is organizing this year's Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest which will take place in Washington DC on Saturday, July 26, 2008 from 11am-8pm. The festival will highlight hip-hop and soul acts from the Washington DC metropolitan area while featuring acts from across the continent. Featured performers include rappers Substantial, Cool Cee Brown and Gods'Illa. Soul-singer Rogiers will also make a special appearance.

The festival uniquely showcases musical artists while creating a venue for Washington D.C.-based small businesses and nonprofits to connect with their intended audiences. The Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest will be held in the Marvin Gaye Park which was renamed recently in honor of soul-singng legend Marvin Gaye who grew up in the Deanwood community in Washington D.C.
