PRLog (Press Release) – Jun 18, 2008 – Lightspeed Appraisal Group’s Colorado Appraisers have added ACI’s eServices to their tools in order to enhance service to its customers.  “Our goal is to make it easier and more efficient for our customers to do business with us,” said Lightspeed Appraisal Group’s President, Paul Brocato.  “Appraisal report files tend to be fairly large and although we offer several different delivery options, some of our clients require this product as their standard form of delivery.”

The add-on tool supports the popular EDI formats including ACI, Lighthouse, AI Ready, PDF, and connections to several lenders.  Additionally, the add-on tool helps improve accuracy by allowing the client to run specific compliance rules before the delivery of the report.  Brocato added, “This additional step will help both the appraiser and the client reduce any rework up front which will be beneficial to both the client and the appraiser.”
