This year’s Gartner Outsourcing Summit was focused on seeking innovative super-smart strategies to help companies be more flexible and optimize their sourcing decisions and tactics. The Summit also addressed the issue of multisourcing - a proven and powerful model helping average organizations become the world-class competitors.
