Many spectacular bands have traveled to San Antonio to play the one and only Bonds 007 Bar. Thaxton, a hard hitting rock alternative band out of Dallas, is going to be headlining at Bonds 007 Bar on Friday June 27th. Thaxton currently has a great fan base throughout Texas and has plans to take their music on a national level very soon.
The highly anticipated show will not only feature one of the best rock alternative bands in Texas, but pop rock band Handsome Deville will be making a guest appearance opening for Thaxton. T-Christ, Handsome Deville’s front man, has a smooth lady loving look that drives female fans crazy every time he hits the stage. With T-Christ’s memorable voice as well as his astounding stage performance, Handsome Deville is sure to provide a memorable experience at the show on June 27th.
Handsome Deville has also been very fortunate to pick up supporters from many industry professionals, such as Seventh Fury, a rock versioned clothing company out of Minneapolis. Seventh Fury is involved with the production of Handsome Deville’s clothing merchandise that the band not only wears on stage, but also offers to fans for purchase to remember them by after their energetic concerts.
Jeff Thaxton, lead singer and guitarist for Thaxton, was friends with the late great Dimebag Darrell. Jeff placed second to the Pantera guitarist in the Texas Hottest Guitarist competition, a year before he took first place honors. Thaxton, known of songs like “Best Of Me” and “What The Hell Have I Become”, is already found on iTunes, Rhapsody, and Amazon music. They have big plans for 2008 to distribute their music to fans all over the state of Texas and even bigger plans for the rest of the nation come 2009.
