UPPER MARLBORO, MD-The Potomac Valley Dressage Association (PVDA) has today confirmed that Jane Hannigan and Maksymilian will perform their World Cup freestyle at their annual Ride for Life Dancing Horse Challenge to benefit breast cancer research.
Joining her for an evening of elite performances, including freestyles by Olympian, Dr. Cesar Parra aboard Ecu 8, and Pan American Gold Medalists, Chris Hickey and Regent. Celebrity judging will be by four-time Olympic Gold Medalist, Nicole Uphoff-Selke.
The PVDA Ride for Life was the brainchild of PVDA board member and breast cancer survivor, Pat Artimovich. Now in its fifth year, the June 28-29 horse show has a goal of raising $70,000 for the Johns Hopkins Avon Foundation Breast Cancer Center.
Saturday evening will begin with a Las Vegas themed Gala dinner at 6:00 p.m. and a talk by Uphoff-Selke.
