McMullen Company Signs PTC to Lease for New Office Space in Valley Ranch Business Park

PRLog (Press Release) – Jun 13, 2008 – ANN ARBOR, MI – McMullen Company (www.mcmullencompany.com), an Ann Arbor commercial and residential real estate development and management firm, has signed PTC (Nasdaq: PMTC; www.ptc.com) to a lease for new office space in The Ponds North Office Center, one of multiple McMullen-owned buildings in Valley Ranch Business Park on Ann Arbor’s south side.

PTC plans to move into the 23,000-square-foot space by August 1. It will house PTC’s Arbortext research and development professionals, along with administrative, marketing, and sales personnel. Approximately 100 PTC employees will be based in the office. This number is expected to grow in the coming years.

PTC, through the acquisition of Arbortext, is a long-time McMullen tenant. Since 1992, the Arbortext team has made its home in McMullen’s Atrium Office Center, Building 2, near State Street and I-94 on Ann Arbor’s south side.
