Visitors and residents to the Long Beach Island Region have a new option for cruising to and from the Long Beach Island and the Mainland. Antionetta’s Restaurant at Pirate Pointe Marina located on Cedar Run Dock Road in Cedar Run, directly off Route 9 has arranged for Water Taxi Service with regular pick up from Sportsman’s Marina in North Beach Haven from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. Reservation are required and there is a cost of $10.00 per person round trip.
With the maiden voyage scheduled for Friday, June 20, 2008, Antionetta’s water taxi is a unique alternative to traditional transportation, providing a comfortable and relaxing way to avoid traffic and congested roadways.
