This integration will keep driver expense records up-to-date by electronically downloading transactions from Comdata. Drivers enter trip numbers at point-of-purchase, and transactions are imported in the expense portion of the associated trip. Daily transactions are available for import and include: fuel purchases, cash advances, repairs, travel expenses and per diems.
