FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)Jun 10, 2008 – Learn HQ, the eLearning and Learning Management Specialists, Launch Food Hygiene eLearning Course

Learn HQ Ltd have launched a new eLearning course on Food Hygiene and Food Safety Standards. Food Hygiene Legislation states that all those involved in the preparation and handling of food must be adequately trained. Whilst this can be completed through ‘on the job’ training or by utilising one of the many classroom courses on the market, most bust kitchen environments do not have the time or the resources available to allocate to this.

Learn HQ’s solution to this issue is to provide a computer based training course (eLearning) which enables employers to train their staff quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. This could be completed within an hour at the work place or even outside of working hours. In addition because their product is priced on a site license basis not only can all staff undertake this training at one fixed cost but employers could ask new staff to complete the course prior to commencing employment.

A number of staffing agencies have taken up this course with a view to providing businesses with prequalified staff. The course takes just under an hour to complete and has a test and certificate available at the end of it. It is widely used in the education, leisure and hospitality industries.

Learn HQ Ltd Managing Director Paul Hurrell stated, “At Learn HQ we understand that this can be a costly and time consuming undertaking especially for smaller businesses with low levels of staffing and tight margins. To enable businesses to meet their training requirements whilst still concentrating on running their business Learn HQ have developed an eLearning solution to this issue as a site license and at a low level cost of only £49.99.”

For further details on their course you can visit their website at www.learnhq.com, they also have a system whereby you can purchase and download the course for immediate use at www.theelearningshop.com they are even offering a 10% discount if you use this code PRJUN010
