- “FMSweden is a community with a very interesting target and we think it will give more edge to our network of sites. We have seen an increasing demand from our clients on targets such as FMSweden, and we see a great deal of value in the community and the members of it. The number of communities on the web has increased extremely rapidly over the last few years, but very few of them have any real gist. Many of our clients see the value in niche communities since the target is very specific. However we do not intend to change or increase the number of advertisers, but rather give a better structure to the web site. We will also try to give our users a wider range of sections, but still keep focus on what really matters to them – Football Manager”, said Soheil Amorpour, CEO at CPerspective Ltd.
FMSweden recently celebrated two years online and will continue to be administrated by the same team as earlier.
“I think it’s a natural step in our development of the community to cooperate with CPerspective on this level. We have tried to give the advertisement a good structure ourselves earlier on, but we never had the time to do that and develop the website at the same time. By letting CPerspective in, we will get more high quality advertisers interested, and be able to focus more on development. We will also make sure the website has clean advertisement and is kept non-intrusive.”
FMSweden has increased both in members and unique visitors the last few weeks. The number of members has increased with 6 500 new members in only two months. This has also given a more stable stream of visitors, which have increased number of visits and the overall site activity.
“We see the strong increase in traffic as a sign of great interest around our community. We think it shows that what we offer our members have a great value to them. It also shows that we made a correct decision when we decided to fulfill this acquisition. Now that the site increases in traffic levels and members it becomes a lot more interesting to advertisers around the web.”, Mr. Amorpour comments on the increasing volumes of traffic.
