Bensonhurst Gym For Women Seeks Your Emergency Assistance To Strengthen Our Gym and Membership.

PRLog (Press Release) – Jun 06, 2008 – Health & Fitness For Life, Inc. is a small corporation owned by Michelle Rosenthal, a social worker. We provide a great 30 minute circuit training workout at an affordable price to women of Bensonhurst.

We provide coaching, counseling on healthy lifestyle choices, eating right and fitness. We offer a free no smoking support group for women. We assist women interested in losing, firming and toning or just staying healthy. We provide a complete figure analysis, help women set exciting goals and show them how to attain those goals. Our facility is specially designed for women featuring a complete 30 minute workout that is fun fast and safe. We offer a non-intimidating atmosphere and a community of support not found at the typical gym.  We are currently conducting a fitness study which enables women to have full membership priviliges for $30 for 30 days. We offer in person and online support, literature and classes.

We request your assistance in any way possible to help us increase our membership and strenthen our gym. You may donate the funds for a gift membership that may be presented to a woman who can not afford to pay for the gym by herself. Your donated membership may also be used to reward a woman from Bensonhurst who has done alot of volunteer work or may be given to the charity of your choice to auction off and use as a fundraising tool. We will be happy to officially thank you in writing for your contribution and inform our members of your kindness.

We are also developing a coupon book which will be used as a fundraising tool to promote the businesses who advertise in it and assist our gym. It will be distributed for free to our members and ladies in the community of Bensonhurst. We are seeking sponsors and advertisers.

Please help us by any donation, in any form, either monitary or by assisting us to secure some of the items we need at no cost. We would appreciate professional or non professional services that you may have to offer. Assistance with advertisements, upgrades to our security system, upgrading and computerization of our machines with the MyTrack System, energy conservation tools, secure lockers and the like will all be greatly appreciated by the owner, staff, members of this gym and the community of Bensonhurst.
