Child actor Jon Provost (Timmy on Lassie) spends this weekend with the nationally syndicated Animal Radio®.
Provost tells hosts Hal Abrams and Judy Francis that he never fell into a well on the popular Lassie TV series. He said that phrase was started by Jay Leno – and now it’s part of modern day culture. “I’ve scoured all the scripts from Lassie and I was never stuck in a well.”
Provost is a very active animal advocate. He shares the stories behind America’s favorite Collie.
