MxControlCenter has many powerful features built-in such as Time Synchronous Playback -this brilliant feature enables users to play back a specific event that has been recorded by several cameras, allowing management to do a time/event based search and playback the movements of a person, or vehicle from camera-to-camera as one continuous video. The footage can then be exported to flash memory or DVD.
MxControlCenter has multiple record functions for recorded events, allowing users to record continuously, on schedule, on alarm and/or on motion detection. Searches can be done based on one or more parameters (for more accurate searching), including camera location, event type, and/or time and date. Remote viewing and playback are also possible via a Web browser or Windows client.
Intelligent recording can be setup based on a day/time schedule or specific event (i.e. motion detection, infra-red or input trigger). On event, the frame rate can be increased to record from 1 up to 25 frames per second. This allows the system to capture footage in high speed, only when an event occurs.
The MOBOTIX system decodes the video inside the camera, meaning the video can record directly to any attached storage device on the same network, such as network attached storage (NAS) devices - thus expensive servers and PC's with high speed processors are not required.
