With over 14,000 national and international entries submitted each year, the Telly Awards recognizes top-tier media that incorporate film and video production. Each Telly Award submission is individually judged by a panel of professionals representing large and small national firms such as advertising agencies, TV stations, production houses and corporate video departments.
The interactive virtual tour microsite is part of a cross-media campaign developed to support ULV’s undergraduate admissions program. The virtual tour engages its targeted audience by providing them a glimpse behind the everyday life of a ULV undergraduate. The three featured students present their own individual stories via streaming video diaries in which they cover key topics such as student life, housing and academic programs. Built in Flash 9, the virtual tour also features user-friendly navigation enhanced with dynamic, interactive graphics and content.
EMG is honored to be recognized at this year’s Telly Awards. The numerous awards already received for the ULV virtual tour over the past year is a remarkable achievement. For future projects, EMG hopes to use this project as a benchmark especially when proposing innovative solutions and reaching out to the higher education market.
