documistic automates the management and distribution of marketing campaigns. The online system is designed to reduce costs, save time and ultimately increase customer response rates and sales. A marketing manager can set-up a co-branded online marketing zone and add their sales team as ‘Members’. With the new workbench, marketing managers can upload their own templates and designs, and format fields such as photos, logos, contact info and disclaimers. When creating a new campaign, marketing material (eg postcards and flyers), will be automatically personalized with the contact info of each ‘Member’. The PrintRoom and ListBuilder features provide further direct mail marketing capabilities, allowing material to be printed and sent directly to customers, all from within the documistic marketing zone.
documistic was originally designed for the mortgage industry as a mortgage marketing tool, and came about as a collaboration between topLingo (http://www.toplingo.com), a web development firm with extensive mortgage industry experience, and the co-founders of documistic. By tapping topLingo’s expertise in designing marketing applications for Fortune 500 mortgage companies, documistic saw a significant need for an online marketing system which mortgage companies could quickly and easily deploy. Soon after first launching, however, it became clear the system was ideal for many other industries such as insurance, pharmaceuticals and finance, and new functionality was developed to make this possible.
